We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). 📩

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier network conditions. Typical delivery times are:
- Major cities / urban areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–12 business days

🔍 Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number by email after your order ships.
If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us anytime. ✅
📬 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit number if applicable).
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.
🧱 Large & Heavy Items
Our raised garden beds are large and heavy items.
To ensure safe delivery, shipments may arrive in multiple boxes and may be delivered on different days. 📦📦
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received all boxes yet, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may separate packages.
